A is for Allow time for wellbeing
Taking 10 minutes out of a busy day isn’t slacking. It’s time that will benefit you, your colleagues and your family in the long run. Allow time for yourself, whether that’s exploring ways to improve your own wellbeing, getting some fresh air or, at the very least, some time away from your usual workspace in the pharmacy or hospital. We all need a little time to recharge.
