C is for Consider your colleagues
In times of great pressure and stress, we’re used to hearing the expression that someone ‘throws themselves into their work’. For some people perhaps that is the right thing to do and they find it therapeutic, but that’s probably not always the case. We encourage you to look out for your colleagues’ wellbeing. Take time out to ask how they’re feeling and look for the non-verbal communication. The person who tells you they are ‘fine’ all too often isn’t.
